Not only is it important that your cake looks fabulous but it must taste incredible too. All our cakes are therefore made using the highest quality ingredients including organic flour, real butter, free range local eggs, Madagascan bourbon vanilla and Belgian chocolate. The following list of flavours is by no means exhaustive and fillings can be amended to suit your taste. If there is something else that you fancy, please ask and we will do our best to accommodate your request. These flavours are for wedding/celebration cakes only – cupcake flavours are available on request.
All our cakes are covered in a layer of Belgian dark or white chocolate ganache before we ice them. Ganache is a mix of melted chocolate and cream which adds to the decadence and luxury of your cake. Ganache also enables us to achieve sharp, clean lines. Dairy free ganache is made with coconut cream.

Tropical Fruit (contains nuts)
Rum soaked tropical fruit cake: more moist than a traditional recipe, containing pineapple and laced with rose water and a hint of cardamom, covered in marzipan
